Miracles

We are emailing today because we have phones! Yay for technology for once! This picture is the face I pulled when the lady who was making us dinner announced that she was making fried chicken. 

Things are good for me right now. This week we had a multi zone conference it was so good we talked a lot about the Sabbath day and the importance of keeping commandments and being obedient so that we can have the blessings we need as missionaries. And they worked, we picked up three new investigators they are named David, Ryan and Ryan. It was so cool. They are so ready for the gospel! I love teaching people! It is so much fun!! Miracles are so real. Miracles have not yet ceased!!!!!!

But other stuff this week we did a lot of seeking with faith like 20 hours a week of seeking with faith. And today we went a motorcycle ride this morning kinda like the Emily Keyes ride it was so cool. I included a couple pictures of the motorcycle ride this morning. And there was about 10 thousand bikes we saw and we high-fived a lot of them as they went by. It was awesome!

Hey!

How is Florida? You say it is wet and, hey, for once it was wet here too!!!!!! It finally rained last night. 

I’m doing okay we had a lesson with a guy named James but we are not going to be teaching him cause all he did was bash. He was super nice and we had a lot to talk about he doesn’t want anything more than the Bible. But it was nice to finally get in and teach some one something, haha. Other than that we do street contacting or seeking with faith for the rest of the day besides our studies. 

Today we had a activity with the north half of the mission which was super fun. We played basketball and ultimate Frisbee and did more grab n go bag stuff with our mission president and it was a lot of fun. I got to see Elder Lance my MTC companion and some other elders I was with in the MTC. This is cool cause I have not seen them since the MTC so that was awesome. Other than that not much happened!

What I learned this week…I learned more powerfully that the blessings of a mission are amazing for me and for my family and I need to live what I teach people and trust in the lord with all my heart. I also learned that  mother knows best! Sorry it took me so long to figure it out.

Yesterday was so amazing to see my family. I love my family so much! It was good to see you guys. It’s super crazy to think that I’m half way done with missionary calls to home! I love you guys! You are right, I do feel a little more confident. I'm still me though, hahahahah.

Today was good. We played volleyball and went through all of our grab n go bags which was fun I guess but that’s all that’s really new for me. I told you guys everything else going on in my life…

I'm so happy I got to see you! I am glad to be doing what I am doing I just wish it I didn't have to lose people along the way. But I still have the most important ones, my family! I love you mom, tell the family and everyone that I love them.

It's almost Mother's Day!

It is really hot here and you know how much I hate the heat. It is so hot that Spiderman melted!!!!

How is everything? How’s the family? How is the ward? How is life going?

I'm doing alright being a district leader is a lot harder than I thought it would be and I'm still trying to figure out what I'm supposed to do. And also the ward that I'm serving in right now just got changed so our ward now is like three times the size as it was before so that's crazy and we will probably have to move our apartment now. I've only served in two wards but I will have lived four different apartments. I don't like moving. But change is good and this must be what the Lord wants. I just have to learn to have more faith and trust in the Lord.

We have a member that we can Skype with on Mother’s Day!!!! I think we are going to call at 1:00 our time. I’m so excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
