Crazy but good!

Hey Mom!

So life is good! We had a crazy week. We are still teaching the same people. We have Cleta, who has been taught for a few months, and she is progressing really well. We have helped her answer a lot questions. She has a lot of good questions!

We are also teaching a lady named Stephanie who is a referral from a recent convert and she is super good! She has such wonderful desire to follow our Father in Heaven and Jesus Christ!

I love teaching people it is so amazing to help people understand the gospel!! I love my mission! My companion and I get along really well! I have loved all of my companions! And I am feeling as good as I normally do. It's just my joints that sometimes hurt. I have that bad knee and my neck. But after a long day everything's stiff but it's my knee where it's annoying. But it's not too bad! I have Advil. Also, you know how I struggled with sleep? I have some melatonin that I take sometimes to sleep so that's nice. Don't worry about me!!

How's Florida beside cold? How cold is it there? I miss Florida!! I miss my family!!! I wish it was cold here but its starting to get hot again.

We still are working the same people as last time and helping them progress to hopefully be baptized soon!

We also got to do interviews with President Hammon and it was so great. He is a great man a great leader!!! I love President Hammon!!! We just talked about the work and how we are doing!

Also it rained for five days last week and this place ain't made for rain!!!

I got to see knives!

Photos:

Here is what happens when you get your finger stuck in part of your bike. Haha!

Here is what it looks like when four Elders wearing leggings.

Here is me in the rain, there is one in there of me modeling the sock suspenders that Matthew sent for my Christmas gift, and the rest of the pictures are from an old lady who let us in and showed us all of her antiques from around the world!

Things are really good! We have three new people we started teaching this week! Names Marilyn, Diane, and Stephanie! They are all super awesome! Remember them in your prayers.

This area is mostly old people!!! I love it! We are also on bikes, which is awesome

But life is going really well. Yes I did get the package, it was awesome!!! The gifts from the guys were so great! I like riding bikes, my knee is a bit sore but it's always sore. Haha.

Living in Sun City

Yeah that is a disgusting hairball! That's what happens when you take an apartment from sisters, haha! That was our deep cleaning of our apartment!

So my new area is called Sun City! It is a great place. It is mostly elderly people and retired people! It reminds me a lot of the place where Grandpa lives in Mesa AZ. I really like it!!

My companion is Elder McConahay! He has been out for about nine months! He is a real great guy and I'm very happy to be with him! He is my first companion from Utah!!! He is from Sanaquin, Utah!!

We have some cool people we are teaching and the area just got changed around so we split the ward with sisters! I'm figuring out the area pretty well! The names of the investigators to be praying for are Cleta and Adam and Sunny.

And also I am not a district leader anymore!!!!

As far as the mission near our mission being absorbed into ours, we haven't heard anything about that mission thing!

I don't think that any of the stolen stuff from the mission office was my stuff. I got your package and Grandpa and Grandma's package and so I don't think I was affected by the robbery.

Also cool story!

So you know Pat Hendrix in our stake?

His granddaughter is serving in my zone she is from Westminster, so that's super cool! She’s the one in the blue flowers in the pictures. She is super cool! She is in our district. I love meeting people on my mission!

So...Also how's Matthew and Michayla!??!??!??! I'm so excited about Matthew and Michayla!!!!! When are y'all going to Florida?

Just remember that life is too short to not be happy!!! I'm always happy!!!

I have to go now,
I love you!!!

New Year, New Place

Hey Mom!

So sorry, not a very long email but as ya know transfers happened and I got transferred to a zone called Menifee and it is super exciting. I am in the Sun City ward with Elder McConahay. He is my first companion from Utah! So that is pretty neat!

I'm super excited to be here and be in the south half of our mission cause I still have not been in the south until now!

This week was good just kinda normal. I'll send some pictures over later tonight. I'm so sorry Mom. I couldn't email an explanation of photos.

Just know I love you so much!
