SURPRISE!!!
Thanks to the wonderful gift of technology (never thought I would say that) you get to hear from me today!!!
The photos are all of the service I explain below and a huge spider I saw this morning, haha. I knew you would love the spider, Mom. The knee is what I did this morning playing baseball. It was so great to be back on a baseball diamond. It was worth the injury because I got a double play.
Life here is awesome! We are still working with a guy named Mario who has been looking at the church for a very long time but he is going to be baptized very soon! He is a great man!
We are also working with a woman named Jackie. She is the one who we are teaching with her stepdaughter, over Skype, who is serving a mission in Japan so its very cool. We didn't get to meet with her this week cause someone, meaning me, locked the keys in the car ha ha. That was fun. So the keys in the car was basically someone gave us eggs and we went to put them in the trunk of the car and I put the keys with the eggs and closed it. Then we had dinner with a member and then we called the vehicle guy for the mission and he came about an hour and a half later. While we waited we did some service for a member. We weeded their yard and horse trail so that was fun. It was annoying but fun, haha.
But other than that we don't have any other people right now. But luckily this last week the college campus next to us just opened up so we will be able to do more YSA work, yay!
Also this week, we did service of helping redo a reading garden and painting a shed for a school which turned into everyone making paint hands on my white t-shirt haha. It was awesome! I will send pictures!
But other than not much happened this week! I'm feeling pretty good! I miss my family and home more than anything and that's harder every day. It is the hardest thing for me because you guys and the gospel is all I got! But it's good and I'm doing okay. I love my family and the gospel and nothing or no one can take that away from me!
Hope all is well!
Love you!!!
