Hey mom!!!!
How is the family?
So we are emailing today cause all the libraries will be
closed on the 4th so that why we are emailing today!
I’m so sad that he passed away. That’s sad. He was such
a great man and he will be dearly missed! I hope the family is all okay. They
seem to go through a lot. I will keep them in my prayers for sure.

This week was a pretty good week! The big thing this
week was we had our multi zone conference on Tuesday and it was very, very
good and so spiritual. We talked a lot about sacrifice and how we do things and
follow commandments because we truly love the Lord. Sometimes we ask our selves
why are we following these rules because we don’t understand why we are
following them sometimes but we do it anyway cause we love and trust the
Lord. I was studying in the New Testament in the Matthew when Christ
is finding his apostles and I really like when they talk about how they left as
soon as they could so they could be his disciples. So I was thinking about that
and how willing I am to give up all things to follow Jesus Christ. We need to be
willing to give anything to follow Jesus Christ! We also talked a lot about
centering our lives on Christ in all things. I know we talk a lot about the Atonement.
There was a missionary who taught me that having a bad attitude is not using
the Atonement and how simple it is. Sometimes its just having a good attitude
about life. People are always looking for words to live by but all we need in
life is the Atonement of Christ and to follow his example in all things. Because
one thing I’ve learned on my mission is that the gospel is very simple and the
things we need to live by are not complicated but the natural man complicates
things. It goes back to the primary answers; go to church, say your prayers,
and read your scriptures, and life is possible it’s not easy, buts it’s
possible.
Other than that my week was kinda normal. Our
investigators are doing okay we haven’t been able to meet with David in a
couple of weeks. And our other ones, Tony and Blake, we are slowly working with
but it’s all a process. Nothing too exciting happened. It’s starting to get hotter
and hotter which is fun I guess haha
